This policy explains what information WelchCo LLC d/b/a Matt Welch Consulting ("MWC," "we," "us") collects through this website and how we use it.
Information you give us. When you enter the site or contact us, we collect what you type into our forms: your email address and, if you choose to provide them, your name, phone number, your role (for example, investor or homeowner), the town you're interested in, your message, and your preferred days, times and ways to be contacted.
Information collected automatically. We record the page you submitted a form from and the referring website. Our website host keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and the date and time of your visit. Your browser stores a small record that you've already entered the site, so you aren't asked for your information again. You can clear it in your browser settings.
How we use it.
- To respond to your request and contact you the way you asked.
- If you leave the email marketing box checked, to send you short-term rental news, market updates and information about our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which towns and resources people are interested in, so we can improve the site.
- To comply with law and protect our rights.
How we share it. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and communicate with you, such as our email marketing platform (Klaviyo) and our website host (Netlify), under their own privacy and security terms; with our affiliates and business partners who help deliver the services you ask about; when required by law or to protect our rights; or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.
Your choices. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. To ask us to access, correct or delete your information, contact us through mattwelchconsulting.com/contact.
Retention and security. We keep your information as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children. This site is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
